1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to the countries available in our checkout shipping selector. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to that location at this time.
2. Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-6 business days from the date of shipment.
- Business Days: We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package's journey.
4. Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- However, if a package is lost, please contact us at info@heroxigallery.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
